Building on our hugely popular VPC ACE Rudder Pedals, the R1 series brings improvements to every area; heavier duty construction perfect for both desktop and simpit setups, ultra stable floor plate to prevent tipping, infinitely adjustable spring tension controlled easily with a twist dial, quick swap cams, wider range of pedal position adjustments, USB/OUT connectivity to daisy chain devices, and of course the option to be upgraded with our proven rudder axis damper for those looking for the ultimate pedal feel!
Featuring "half-foot" modern combat style aluminium pedals - the pedals spacing is adjustable to suit different cockpit sizes and preferences. The angle of the foot pedals can also be adjusted based on preferences or for comfort in different setups.
Featuring all metal construction, cam centering mechanism and cast aluminium footplates with an all new large floor plate, the VPC R1 Rudder Pedals provide an incredibly solid and enjoyable rudder input experience!
By utilising the latest VPC electronics, including our high precision contactless digital sensors with input accuracy of 0.02 degrees, the VPC R1-FALCON Rudder Pedals offer a new level of rudder input precision.
The VPC R1 Rudder Pedals mechanism features swappable cams and springs to allow each VIRPIL the ability to customise the response to their preferences.
Upgrade your R1 pedals with the optional damper kit - this kit reduces the spring bounce when returning to center and can be configured to hold the pedals in place!

Hard Center Cams
Provides a strong, tactile center marker ensuring you can always find the center point without overshooting.
Heavy Spring
Provides a strong centering tension for increased feel and realism.
Soft Center Cams
(Pre-Installed)
Reduces the detent when crossing the center point allowing for more delicate and precise maneuvering directly around the center point, but still leaving enough force to accurately find the center position.
Standard Spring
Reduced centering spring tension allowing for faster and less fatiguing inputs.
No Center Cams
Removes the detent entirely when crossing the center point allowing for incredible accuracy around the center and suits those who are using the damper upgrade kit to prevent the pedals from centering for a smooth response over the entire axis range.
The centering spring can be infinitely adjusted with the twist dial to suit your preferences
