Our Product Offering
Products depicted in the shop are not considered as a legally binding offer but as a non-binding online catalogs. Small deviations and changes to product pictures or product descriptions are possible. Think Of Sim reserves the right to set and vary at any time the available quantities and prices at which the products are sold.
Confirmation of Sales
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the relevant product from Think Of Sim. This is not an acceptance of your offer, it merely informs you that we have received your order. A purchase contract only materializes with the shipment of the dispatch confirmation or the delivery of the products. By placing your order, you are also confirming that you are at least 18 years old, understand English and of a sound mind.
Supply of Goods
The products we supply are to be used at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage, injury or loss arising from the use of these items.
By the nature of the products we sell, the configuration of your system and other devices can cause problems. Although we will try to help with these, we cannot be held responsible for issues relating to Windows drivers and conflicts with other devices.
Payment
Payment is due immediately after the binding order. For all the international payments made via bank transfer, all the bank fees are falling onto the cost of the customer. If payment is not received within 24 hours of your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order without informing you prior to that.
Warranty
All products sold by Think Of Sim comes with a standard 1 year warranty in accordance to the terms and conditions set by the product manufacturer or brand owner. Please ensure that you are aware of potential variations in the scope and length of warranty coverage across the different product types and brands that you may purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product for RMA or where logistics cost is incurred in returning or shipping a replacement part to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Goods sold are non-refundable. However, we offer a 7-day exchange policy for exchanges if the product is not working as intended. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at admin@thinkofsim.com. Please note that unless otherwise stated, all exchanges are at the expense of the customer and must be sent to our address in Thailand. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding returns, please reach out to us at admin@thinkofsim.com.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please take a clear picture or video and contact us right away within a period of 7 days. We will assess the issue and make it right.
Aluminum Profiles
The brands that Think Of Sim distributes for guarantees that the purchased goods were free of material and manufacturing flaws at the time of the transfer of the goods and that they have the guaranteed quality set down in the contract. Aluminum profiles are of industrial quality, so minor scratches and bruise marks can exist.
Upon receipt, the you must inspect the goods immediately for flaws, condition, and quality. In the case of apparent flaws, these must be reported to us in writing within 7 days after delivery of the products, the same is valid for latent defects. Otherwise, the guarantee for these defects does not apply.
You are responsible for the way they use the purchased goods. Every damage caused by improper use or against its purpose will not take Think Of Sim responsible.
The guarantee is for 12 months after receipt of shipment.
Disclaimer for Equipment Setup
We recommend that customers set up equipment not purchased from us on their own if they are uncertain about compatibility or setup procedures. While we are happy to assist, we need to reiterate that we are not responsible for any potential damage or malfunction to their equipment that occurs either during the setup process or as a result of adding on equipment that they have purchased from us.
As we set up on customers' premises, we are also not responsible for instances of equipment failure or potential accidents if these arise from the power supply infrastructure of the venue where setup is requested.
Our staff will assess and perform the necessary setup for your equipment to function properly. Any additional setup beyond the scope of ensuring the proper functioning of the purchased equipment will be at the discretion of our on-site team, who reserve the right to make the final decision. You acknowledge and agree not to dispute the services provided by Think Of Sim upon completion of the setup on the same day. Our liability is limited to the proper functioning of the equipment we provide and set up, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended guidelines.
If the customer declines our team's configuration of the setup to verify that all equipment is functioning as intended, the client acknowledges that all items are delivered in proper and working condition. In such cases, the client has no right to dispute the full and complete delivery of the setup, including all individual components, in proper and working order. Our liability is limited to the proper functioning of the equipment we provide and set up, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended guidelines.
Exceptions and Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including items which are no longer in the original packaging, partially assembled products or items damaged due to careless use. Refurbished items are also non-exchangeable.
Passing of the Risk
With the shipment of the goods, the risk is held by Think Of Sim until delivery is complete. With exchanges, the sender carries the risk, in particular, the transport risk, until the goods have been received by Think Of Sim as well as the transport costs.
Assessment of Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your product sent for exchange, we will notify you regarding the approval of the product exchange. If approved, the exchange will be processed within 10 business days and sent to your original delivery address, unless stated otherwise. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for the item to arrive due to transit time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your exchange and you have not received the item, please contact us at admin@thinkofsim.com.

Liability, Safety and Event Responsibility Disclaimer
Think Of Sim Co., Ltd. is engaged solely as the simulator equipment rental, setup, and technical support provider for this event. Think Of Sim is not the event organizer, venue operator, crowd controller, safety officer, medical provider, insurer, or party responsible for the overall management of the event.
The Client/Event Organizer is solely responsible for the safety, legality, supervision, crowd control, participant management, venue suitability, permits, insurance, emergency response, and general operation of the event. The Client must ensure that all participants follow Think Of Sim staff instructions and that children, intoxicated persons, medically unfit persons, or unsafe users are prevented from using the simulator.
The Client acknowledges that simulator use may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to dizziness, motion sickness, loss of balance, tripping, falling, impact, misuse of controls, cable-related hazards, and injury caused by unsafe or improper use. Participants use the simulator voluntarily and must stop immediately if they feel unwell or are instructed to stop by Think Of Sim staff.
Think Of Sim shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, claim, or expense arising from: participant misuse; failure to follow instructions; unsafe venue conditions; inadequate crowd control; third-party acts or omissions; power supply issues; unauthorized adjustment, relocation, or handling of equipment; event organizer negligence; or circumstances outside Think Of Sim’s direct control.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Think Of Sim, its directors, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the event, venue, participants, guests, contractors, or third parties, except to the extent directly caused by Think Of Sim’s proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The Client is responsible for any loss, theft, damage, missing parts, liquid damage, impact damage, or improper handling of Think Of Sim equipment during the rental period, including damage caused by participants, guests, venue staff, contractors, or event personnel.
Think Of Sim reserves the right to suspend or stop simulator operation at any time if its staff reasonably consider the venue, power supply, crowd behavior, participant condition, equipment position, or event environment to be unsafe. Suspension due to safety concerns shall not entitle the Client to a refund or compensation.
The Client is strongly advised to maintain adequate public liability/event insurance covering the event, participants, venue, contractors, and rented equipment.
